We provide our clients with an honest assessment of our ability to assist in solving their recruitment challenges. Following an in depth discussion to fully understand the role in question we commit to responding within 48 hours as to whether or not we feel we are in a position to add value to that process. We feel that this level of transparency and candour is in the best interests of all parties and, if we feel we are not able to deliver the required results, we will offer advice on a more appropriate solution.
In instances where we feel confident of meeting your needs we will agree on an appropriate marketing message to take out to the market. Once potential candidates are identified we take them through a full screening process which provides us with the information we need to determine the level of fit with our client’s requirements. This does not simply focus on skills and experience but also covers motivation, financial expectations and logistics/relocation as these are often the factors that cause recruitment processes to fail.
Once we have presented candidates and gained your agreement to move to an interview stage, we offer a thorough interview management service which includes prepping and debriefing, offer management, resignation process and reference checking. We also maintain contact with the successful candidates between offer acceptance and start date and beyond to ensure a smooth transition into their new company.
